1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to our online marketplace/supermarket, including website, app, and related services.

  • “Supplier” refers to any business listing and selling products through the Platform.

  • “Buyer” refers to any individual or business purchasing products via the Platform.

  • “Order” refers to a confirmed purchase of goods through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Platform. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Marketplace Role

  • We act as a facilitator connecting Suppliers and Buyers through a centralized bidding and purchasing system.

  • We are not the producer, owner, or manufacturer of listed products.

  • All product information is provided by Suppliers, and we are not liable for inaccuracies.

4. Ordering & Bidding

  • Buyers may place bids or purchase items directly where available.

  • Orders are binding once confirmed by both Buyer and Supplier.

  • Prices may include logistics and customs costs where indicated.

5. Payments

  • We do not handle or process payments between Buyers and Suppliers.

  • Payments are made directly between the Buyer and Supplier in accordance with their individual agreements.

  • We are not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or failures.

6. Delivery & Logistics

  • We coordinate logistics and transport through third-party providers.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery at the agreed location.

7. Transportation & Shipping

  • We utilize our logistics network to connect Orders with third-party transporters.

  • Once goods are collected from the Supplier, responsibility for delivery lies with the transporter.

  • While we facilitate and oversee shipping arrangements, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or failures caused by the transporter or other factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs issues).

  • Buyers are encouraged to allow flexibility for potential shipping delays and plan their operations accordingly.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of food, returns may be limited.

  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery and notify us of issues within [X hours].

  • Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our Return Policy.

9. Supplier Obligations

  • Suppliers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and certifications where required.

  • Suppliers remain responsible for compliance with food safety, labeling, and trade regulations.

10. Buyer Obligations

  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure timely acceptance of goods.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • Attempt to manipulate bidding or pricing.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We facilitate transactions but are not liable for product quality, safety, or suitability.

  • We are not responsible for transportation delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed Order.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform are owned by us or licensed to us. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
